Congratulations to Annelies and the entire Visitor Services team for consistently pleasing our visitors.
Annelies was recognized for providing exceptional service to a visitor at the Kelowna Visitor Centre by way of a “How are We Doing?” comment card mailed to TBC.
The accolades from the visitor were displayed on the big screen at the Visitor Network conference. Only several examples were presented and Annelies from Kelowna was the first and had the most impact. It was noted that they received more than one compliment about Annelies and several rave reviews about the other Tourism Kelowna counsellors.
