Chef cooking up some local delicacies.
Last week I hosted a Calgary based Personal Chef looking to bring foodie clients to Kelowna to enjoy the Farm to Table experience that Kelowna is getting a great reputation for. It was very easy (and fun!) to show off Kelowna’s marvelous farms, orchards, venues and wineries…and it worked! His plans are underway for his first Kelowna Culinary Program in September where 30 participants will gather local ingredients and wine by day and learn to cook it that evening.
